Just before we start, let me tell you a story…
At the beginning of November 2024, I made a firm decision: no more courses this year. Cohort Alpha VIII was meant to be the final group for 2024—a class we proudly named The Trailblazers, marking the end of an incredible year.
But then, I thought about our 1,000+ Alumni who have completed the Intermediate Ultimate Civil 3D training, and Engineers with intermediate skills with a desire to upskill to handle more complex infrastructure projects.
I imagined myself in your position, thinking about how to take your skills to the next level.
These are some of the questions you could be asking yourself:
➡️ What comes next for engineers who are eager to advance their road design expertise?
➡️ What about those ready to tackle complex infrastructure projects?
➡️ What would aspiring experts want to master to stand out in the industry?
Listening is a skill…
I found the answers in their feedback, messages, and conversations
🟡Engineers want to master Vehicle Tracking for swept path analysis of parking lots and intersections.
🟡Engineers want to design Non-Motorized Traffic solutions at Intersections—walkways, cycle lanes, and pedestrian crossings.
🟡Engineers want to master the design of at-grade intersections, roundabouts, and speed change lanes.
🟡Engineers want to design right-turn lanes, road markings, and traffic channelization at intersections.
🟡Engineers want to understand how to use their skills to earn the Autodesk Civil 3D Certified Professional (ACP) Badge for infrastructure design, the ultimate industry recognition.
I realized that the gap was not just technical skills—it was about providing a structured path for engineers to upskill and confidently handle complex real-world projects.
Without these advanced skills, we may feel inadequate…
🟢 🟠 Many were stuck in some current workflows, unable to take on more challenging projects.
🟢 🟠Many might struggle to stay competitive in a field that’s evolving rapidly.
🟢 🟠Many could miss out on career-defining opportunities because you’re not fully equipped to deliver innovative, cutting-edge designs.
And for many of you, I realized there’s no clear roadmap to reach the next level. That uncertainty can be frustrating.
So, I asked myself: How can I help engineers like you close this gap?
That’s when I decided to create something special—a year-end gift for 20 ambitious engineers who are ready to elevate their expertise with the Advanced Civil 3D Training Course.
I dedicated over 200 hours to designing and packaging this program specifically to:
🎯 Equip engineers with the skills to design complex infrastructure projects using over 5 integrated software tools
